Our journey began in 2021 when our founder, Shadae Gonzalez, decided to hand in her work laptop, ID badge, and quit her 9-5 job after discovering that her toddler son was on the Autism spectrum. She immediately knew that she wanted to be a part of his everyday life challenges, and becoming an entrepreneur was the only way she could get the freedom to be there for him with no restrictions. Since childhood, Shadae has always had a love for comfortable clothing. Starting an online women's loungewear boutique was the first idea that came to her when she decided to embark on this journey. Since then, Shadae has become a walking billboard for our brand as she faithfully wears our clothes every day of the week, from shipping orders at the post office to her son's therapy sessions. Limited Addiction Boutique has grown tremendously fast and is now an entire family business with the great help of her grandmother, son and siblings.
We believe that providing versatile clothing that can be worn at home, at the gym, running errands with the kids, or even on a college campus, without sacrificing comfort for fashion is important.
